Of course, there's not ALWAYS someone at this particular one of our many Internet Control Stations, but rest assured that we're taking care of things somewhere, and you could call and we'd be there, ready to help. Conversely, if you see someone highly disreputable at this particular Internet Control Station, be aware that such person is not in posession of the secret codes, and is being remotely monitored by our staff as part of an on-going security-enhancement project. Also, sometimes the camera falls off the shelf.
